Wish I loved the taste of these more. I got the day and night bundle and whilst I like the night effects the taste is not good and it's very bitty even after a lot of whisking. It might be better in a hot drink but I just wouldn't have a hot drink every night before bed so I've just been mixing into cold water and literally downing it to get it over with.
