Ich habe das wunderschöne cremefarbene Shigaraki-Set bestellt und habe es wenige Tage danach mit großer Freude ausgepackt. Leider war eine der beiden zarten kleinen Tassen kaputt. Auf ein mail mit Foto der zerbrochenen Tasse an Nio-Tee hat man mir umgehend ein neues Set geschickt. Das Service von Nio-Tee ist wirklich sehr gut und die Antwort der MA war sehr freundlich. Wow, The new Saemidori Shincha from Tanegashima is truly amazing! First the smell is so strong of freshness and when it was in the kyusu it smelled like watermelon. After pouring water, it was cereal-like smell. The flavor then when drinking in first brew full of sweetness and mild as well, ofc with the presence of freshness 😝. Clean, smooth, and refreshing Genmaicha . The Gyokuro material helps soften this blend and the toasted rice is more akin to unsalted, unbuttered popcorn. As far as flavor and fragrance go this is a typical sencha (by which I mean typical of all the senchas on this site, a very vegetal, umami, slightly fruity tea that I really can't get enough of), however the texture is something else altogether in the best possible way; it is very thick and exceptionally oily.
