Tried severall options before Bear Hug including from the GP to manage painful legs. Too tight or fell down. Too hot and uncomfortable These Bear Hugs although early days are comfortable, and stay in place without discomfort. Longer term see how they help with the varicose viens and support my running

They definitely helped with my arthritic knees and felt very supportive. I bought medium and they are a little tight at the top but worked for the Great North run

Suffered from aching knees on long runs, these supports make a massive difference and help recovery as well. Would recommend to anyone with knee pain.

Still abit tight round my thigh but im sure thats because they are brand new, and hopefully they’ll give abit Also i do wear the knee supports over my leggings whereas before i wore them close to my skin, plus these are a size bigger so we will see how i get on 😉

I’ve started noticing grinding and popping in my knee when training and it was getting sore coming down stairs so have tried the knee support on my bad knee. Having ordered the XL which I already thought seemed big I find the grip around my thigh very tight and uncomfortable around the upper part of the thigh grip. Not sure the sizing is correct. Or if it will loosen with time.

This really helped me get back to running after a torn ligament wiped me out for a few weeks, it kept my knee stable enough to run and gave me the confidence to do some short runs which i believe has aided recovery. My measurements were at the high end of medium but it does feel quite tight so I'm going to try the large for ongoing running adventures. I've also used it for wild swimming this week and it worked great in the water aswell.

The calf supports are incredible, don’t move at all, breath very well and yet keep everything supported and well. The knee supports are good, but do slip down a bit, especially with lots of bending of the knee or driving. They could do with being longer over the quad area to keep the tension higher up the leg

In everyday use, amazing. However running a half marathon I found they slipped/rolled down from the top. Overall very happy but if you have large legs they might not quite deliver
