Usually, after running or walking long distances, especially in the heat, I get very swollen feet, ankles and calves. After having my Meniscus removed in 2022 and discovering I had arthritis in my knee, I thought my days of long distance running were over. I was painfully plodding 5k’s, thinking that was my limit.
