The bearhug compression is a good firm fit (I ordered size large (myheightis 178 cms, 77 kgs weight, average build). It grips well and doesn't slip towards the knee. They are fairly comfortable to wear and I do feel the compression supporting my hamstring. I've worn one on my left leg whilst running which has given me the confidence to run faster following a mild hamstring injury.
