The knee has had arthroscopic surgeries, ACL graft and revision and is pretty arthritic and prone to swelling. The Bearhug has been a real boon in keeping the dog walks a pleasant experience. I got this just before Brighton Marathon, and my left knee was absolutely fine. Sadly I bought a second one because Bearhug advised I shouldn't be symmetrical and so I did. But I didn’t wear it, so right knee started playing up after halfway. Will not make that mistake again!

Have an arthritic right knee. Have had multiple knee support s that are quite heavy and clumbersome. I was not sure what to make of the bear hug support but having now played two two hour singles badminton sessions and have been impressed. I am hoping it will hold up when I look to start cycling again. Every other knee support has slipped and not helped after 30 miles. Hope you enjoyed my daughters video.

The Lumbear is transformative! It's helping my back to heal, and it's providing very effective support to allow me to resume back-heavy work (cutting the meadow, for example). I likes these used to always wear neo g however the main diffrence with the bear hugs is how long lasting they are i have worn a pair of knee braces every day for 4 years i do 25 to 30000 steps a day at work and weekends at least a 20 mile hike i have only just had to buy two more after 2 yaers brilliant thanks guys oh yeah they do the job there made for really well if you need them tese are the kiddies

I have suffered from posterior shin splints for some time now. I visited a few physiotherapists who genuinely got me halfway to recovery. I tried at least 5 shin supports. All fell down and did not help my issue. I have only worn the bear hug three times now, but incredibly I have almost no pain. I would say it has improved by 80%. Plus, the support stays in place. Right knee Arthritis and damaged Meniscus. So good test camimg about a few days ago when I hiked the Brecons (Fan Dance) 22 kms, 3000 feet elevation i.e lots of decent (really bad for knees) and like wise lots of ascent. Tough and brutal journey for a senior citizen and yet wearing my Bearhug knee sleeve, envisaged pains and potentially less stability, I had no problem during the hike and thankfully after. So great to have found these at the Marsthon Expo, I bought a pair but used one for the marathon itself and it’s likely the only thing that got me across the finish line. Obviously the injury didn’t magically disappear but the support give me a little more confidence to run through it and honestly I barely noticed it even on such a warm day. 100% recommend. Very good tore calf muscle grade 1 3weeks before Brighton marathon. Had tried some small runs 5miles but still pain. Always wore compression knees supports but were well used and old. Decide to buy 2 bearhug knee supports and 2 calf supports and see if it would help. I got through first 5 miles without pain, so kept going and made it to the end and completed the marathon.
