The Lumbear is transformative! It's helping my back to heal, and it's providing very effective support to allow me to resume back-heavy work (cutting the meadow, for example). I'm wearing it all day, not just when gardening or walking, and I'm finding it super comfortable worn over a T-shirt, and very easy to adjust for different needs and postures. My wife teases me about the 'Goth-chick' rear view, but that's discreetly hidden under outer clothing. 100% recommended.

Very good tore calf muscle grade 1 3weeks before Brighton marathon. Had tried some small runs 5miles but still pain. Always wore compression knees supports but were well used and old. Decide to buy 2 bearhug knee supports and 2 calf supports and see if it would help. I got through first 5 miles without pain, so kept going and made it to the end and completed the marathon. Great help thanks Bearhug.

Usually, after running or walking long distances, especially in the heat, I get very swollen feet, ankles and calves. I nearly didn’t make the start line after suffering knee pain during my marathon training. I bought two knee supports. Wore them on two short 4kms and decided I would wear them in London. I came home with a medal and suffered no knee pain throughout the 26miles. Everything else aches now though! Ha.

After having my Meniscus removed in 2022 and discovering I had arthritis in my knee, I thought my days of long distance running were over. I was painfully plodding 5k’s, thinking that was my limit. Just finished a hard 20 miles in the Black mountains, I've been suffering with a quad injury, I used my support from Bear Hug today, no pain, a great fit and it didn't come down when running, more importantly, I'm sat writing this , after my run without any pain.
