I have 4 different knee supports, but this is by far the best support my knees have had. My TKR has been cancelled 4 times for various reasons, that I decided I was going to find another option. Love the Bearhug knee support! I took up running last year in my late late 60s and enjoyed it, running at Parkruns and a running class. This year I took on Apex Everests 100km, 8,848m elevation event. My training was always in and out of elevation due to fissures and frays on knee cartridge shown by an MRI. Usually, decent after the 2,500m mark started to be painful. On the event day I used BearHugs knee supports and was not disappointed at all. The knee has had arthroscopic surgeries, ACL graft and revision and is pretty arthritic and prone to swelling. The Bearhug has been a real boon in keeping the dog walks a pleasant experience.
