Haven't had a chance to use it yet, as I've been sick, but I am SO KEEN! At the moment, all my gym notes live in the notes app on my phone, which isn't great for seeing progress over time or creating an actual workout plan. I also really appreciate that they've included a sample at the start to demonstrate how to use it - very helpful for me as a non-hardcore gym girlie who doesn't have the first clue about planning workouts. Love my little ritual friend! I always appreciate being able to see visual progress of stuff (eg. time spent doing deep work or whatever), so this is really great! But also having space to write down books or movies to read or watch is awesome, bc I always see cool things and then immediately forget about them when I'm next looking for something to read or watch. I was a bit dubious of the way the books are held in the cover as I have the original Travellers Company notebooks as well and I still prefer their method of binding but this set is just gorgeous. The cover is so smooth and buttery soft, the notebooks themselves are really nice to write in and the layout in the writer's friend books is perfect for my writing. Absolutely love this product 🙂
