One month delivery time within Melbourne metro.

The website could be more user friendly for navigation and easier viewing of sample pages/spreads. There was a delay in shipping orders which was communicated somewhere but it wasn't fully obvious and a follow up email keeping customers in the loop with these kids of delays would have been appreciated.

All of the products I received are excellent quality and the instructions and how to build my folio were clear and easy to follow. And the shipping was surprisingly quick, considering the fact that it was coming all the way to Seattle, Washington!

I am so glad I found this online shop. The planners are fun, unique and helpful and the folios are amazing. It takes a while to receive my order (3-4 weeks) since I'm in Canada but shipping and delivery has been reliable and hasslefree. I wish some local stationary stores would carry these products but until then, I'm happy to order online.

Felt like shipping took forever but arrived in line with what was advertised (8 business days due to sale), so can’t complain

No deductions for service or packaging, but no star for prompt delivery (I do understand that you are all run off your feet, and acknowledge that you advised that it could be 10 business days before you shipped - it was)

The website is so easy to use, and there's so much to choose from. My first Creator's Friend selection was a gift from a friend, and honestly, I'm so grateful to have been introduced to the products. They keep me organised and on track.

It was perfectly packaged and I was so excited to open it!

Wonderful customer service

Slow delivery was experienced, which was most likely due to high demand.

I bought during a big sale in June, so it did take longer than normal to send - and this was communicated to me. Shipping to NZ via DHL was quick, and my books/folio were really well packaged so they arrived in perfect condition. The Facebook community is also great, and everyone is really friendly and helpful in there.

Lots of choice to suit each individual. Tricky to pick just one, i want them all!
