I LOVE what Creator’s Friend has to offer. However, I found a number of tiny issues with my order: loose stitching on my observers friend, loose stitching & thread on my drawstring bag, and poor stitch job on my refillable trifold cover. I only requested to return 1 product because the return instructions on the help page weren’t very clear and I didn’t want to wait another 2 weeks to use my notebooks. I love Creator’s Friend products so much, but there might be a QC issue worth looking into.

Easy to order, timely delivery and I’m loving it all Also I was very thankful for the videos on inserting the books. I now have seven books all nicely done and the charms are looking good.

Amazingly quick delivery and beautifully packaged - I bought the Scholar Pack for someone started their PhD as a celebratory gift and he loved it! I need to get my own Friends!

Every single detail of the planners and journals Creator's Friend is so well thought out. They're fun and intuitive to use. Love everything about them!

Good communication between purchasing and receiving the goods. Love the feel of all the notebooks, inside and out! I’m a lefty so I was sold when they said it wasn’t gonna be annoying to use because of how it’s bound. Love the colours too and how they all fit together. My trifold is gorj… such good quality and fits them in perf. The weekly dashboard has quickly become my fav. Honestly so far so good all round.

Shipping timeline unacceptable for modern ecomm business based out of Aus. Ordered 19 Jan got it 3 Feb When the product comes out of the packaging you realise what you're buying is a piece of fake leather with barely any manufacturing - had to even tie the cords my self (which is fine but just added to the overall cheapening of the product )
