Love this product, works really well for me. I paired it with the B12 MIC lipo shots and on the lowest dose I have lost 22lbs in a month. No exercise, just eating smaller portions and less frequently. I know my results are not typical, but it works really well for me. No real side effects because I'm on the lowest dose. 1 bottle lasted me about 8 weeks .10 each week. Lost weight up to 2 weeks after stopping. Starting weight 207 end weight 181. Restarted another bottle and took it for 4 weeks and dropped to 172. Side effects were a rash twice that cleared with an allergy pill within an hr. No special diet however oils and sugary foods/drinks WILL cause massive diarrhea. I ate air fried chicken breast and rice with veggies for 10 weeks straight.
