The original purchase of the eyeglass did not come with the charging cable I contacted support and they said it would be sent and never came so ended up having to purchase one separately not a good start but the product itself works fine and like it .

I like the style. They are really light. I can’t figure out how to use them on a phone call. When I call from the glasses no problem. But when I switch from phone to glasses the person on the line cannot hear me but I can hear them! There’s no troubleshooting on the app or website.
