The good news: Delivery from order was quick and easy. Stylish Glasses and well manufactured. Everything was as advertised. The bad news: Although the music quality is good, the volume is too low for my liking. If you are in an even little noisy place they are hard to hear.

Works really well. Easy to setup and use. Quick connection. I wish there was more bass when listening to music but they are great for podcasts or audiobooks and phone calls are clear. Even use them at work for Teams meetings. I just disconnect from my phone and connect to my desktop. I guess thinking back I should have given a 5 star rating. $109 dollars is a great deal for these. That's including prescription. I might never go back to regular glasses.

It took some getting use to. They were making the back of my ear hurt for a while, but now I'm getting use to them. The Chat GPT doesn't work like it's supposed to on Android phone. Maybe if the app gets an update it will work. Other than that I like these glasses pretty good.

I'm really enjoying these glasses. The audio is clear and MUCH louder than any other pair of smart glasses I've tried. That alone makes them worth the price. I'd love to see a software update so I can hear alerts like the echo frames which read me text messages and various notifications

The best I can say is Customer Support in the way they handled my issues with my prior purchase failures ie; first pair had a speaker failure for which they replaced promptly the second pair had the speaker covers literally fall out with this black rubberized sticky gue after a particularly sweaty afternoon as I wiped the sweat off the frames with their micro fiber cloth.
