There was an issue with the controller that changes the assist level so I contacted support. They were extremely helpful and quickly sent me a new part that fixed the problem. The support is the thing I’m super impressed with. With e-bikes from any manufacturer there is a good chance there will be issues. So rest assured, your purchase is protected. Not to mention, the bike is beautiful and I just love it. It’s so much fun to ride.

I was excited to get my bike but after the first ride had some disappointments. The Bike has issues with the rear derailer Gear system. It won't go into 3rd gear no matter what I try to do. It skips and slips in and out of gear. I sent video of the problem and their solution was a standard video of adjusting derailer which didnt solve the problem. Absolutely love it! I’m 44 and I couldn’t ride a normal mountain bike very well do to some disabilities and this is a Game Changer! Only complaints are the rear fender is cheap and broke before I rode it and the front reflector came broken. Both very replaceable but not not a big deal, overall I would purchase again!!!

I have an older Pedego fat tire e-bike and it is a night and day difference in power and distance. The warrior is definitely a great bike! Very happy with quality, and performance. Only issue was both fenders fell off in less than 45 miles. The all wheel drive is great for the trails of Colorado. Great product!

This is hands down the best long range electric mountain bike you can buy for the money! (-$2000) Its a perfect cross between an eMTB and eMX in my opinion. The range is relatively accurate however if you like to stay near 40mph you'll only get about 35-40 miles due to the high wind resistance.
