I've never used an e-bike before I'll just say this is a nice bike I love how thick it is It's just so big. I love it But maybe you could also provide how to start it I was there trying to figure out how to get it to run Just grab those two little key cards and then smack it against the little speedometer thing and then it will work. I don't really know how I did it. That just seems to be how it works.

I ordered the unlocked throttle controller and a twist throttle to replace the awkward thumb throttle. The controller works as described and the twist throttle was never shipped despite being told it was shipped and being provided a tracking number that doesn’t work by customer service. No refund, no throttle, no nothing. UGH!

Seems to be a great bike so far. Rode it 20 miles on the first ride. It performed without any problems. The suspension seems to work well, but developed a squeak. I was able to get rid of the spiral with a little seal friendly silicone grease. It is reasonably quick and the battery life is adequate. Great bike for a shorter rider.
