Get Express shipping! Ordered in October and the shipping took 3 weeks! I didn’t know it was coming from China. They didn’t come in time for here event I ordered them for so I don’t know the quality because we didn’t paint them. I gave 4 stars for the price. I should have done more research on shipping before I ordered.

It took ages to get here but when I spoke to the people of the company they responded with 48 hours and were very nice and helpful! Just not you do have to number the paints yourself (with a guide of course) but it looks so pretty!

The frame, attached to the frame (so it wasn’t the DIY that was ordered), was delivered broken. I have had to carefully remove the canvas from the frame, and will have to frame it myself. The packaging is substandard and does not protect the product from extensive damage. The product cost $170 and was not worth it.

I would give this a zero. Incorrect Canvas sent twice, incorrect Paint quantity, they did resend but the colours were completely different and also missing some paints, incorrect canvas again. How can they get it wrong so often? It’s meant to be finished in time for Christmas. I doubt it will be. Never purchasing from this company again. It also spent FIVE DAYS in the air apparently. Incorrect canvas. Paid a fortune for all of these. None of the Canvases are coloured, Paint is wrong and incorrect quantity (three times) on just one painting. I did ask for a partial refund. That was ignored and not they are selling them for $10 less than I paid for them.

I don’t even want to rate this! Was never shipped when it said it was. Had to make contact and they said there was an issue and resent it. Over a month later it arrived….but it was a completely different picture and nothing like what I ordered. Contacted them over a month ago to resolve the issue by sending the correct one or issuing a refund. Tried to make contact twice with no response still. Do not order anything from Paintly - EVER!!!
