I received my order yesterday 09/06/2023 and am baffled. I ordered a 40X50 already framed paint by number and what I received is a 20X16. I paid a lot of money for what I thought was a larger canvas.

The paints are not pigmented at all. It takes three to four coats to get a solid color. The lines intersect numbers so it's hard to read them. Really disappointed

The frame, attached to the frame (so it wasn’t the DIY that was ordered), was delivered broken. I have had to carefully remove the canvas from the frame, and will have to frame it myself. The packaging is substandard and does not protect the product from extensive damage. The product cost $170 and was not worth it.

I would give this a zero. Incorrect Canvas sent twice, incorrect Paint quantity, they did resend but the colours were completely different and also missing some paints, incorrect canvas again. How can they get it wrong so often? It’s meant to be finished in time for Christmas. I doubt it will be. Never purchasing from this company again. It also spent FIVE DAYS in the air apparently. Incorrect canvas. Paid a fortune for all of these. None of the Canvases are coloured, Paint is wrong and incorrect quantity (three times) on just one painting. I did ask for a partial refund. That was ignored and not they are selling them for $10 less than I paid for them.
