Surprisingly comfortable and roomy inside. The light strip is awesome and isn't too bright, set up is easy, the rainfly takes a littlw longer but no big deal. Could use more rope to tie down the hammock AND the rain fly, but then again I used mine with whipping winds and I barely moved at all with the hammock staked down which was great. Rain fly is very thing but holds up.

Huge. I didn't really pay attention to packed size, so that's on me, but this thing is neoprene and enormous. It'll be good for car camping, but it definitely isn't backpackable.

Would give five stars but the original pad does cave in on the center throughout the night and I had it fully pumped out on the second night I had it. I still slept better than a traditional hammock because I could sleep on both of my sides rolling back and forth without having to grab the sides of the hammock to roll over and with no other restrictions besides the the pad caving in the middle of the night. I wanted the true level pad but it wasn’t in stock when I bought the hammock tent.

Love the Haven. Just bought the XL. It is even better but the zipper does work as well. I do have a slow leak in the air mattress and it bunches like some of the baffles are lose. I have heard customer service is great but have not contacted them yet. Got stuck in a major wind and rain storm and stayed dry and warm swinging in the wind. It was awesome.

The new spreader bar caps seem to be a big improvement, along with the improved nylon pockets. I think they should fit the bars a bit tighter. Inflate and deflates well. The battery will not last all night to run the lights. If you use this to charge a phone, you only get one charge (if your lucky). It's nice. It functions. Not too big. Comes with many adapters. It's just not a powerhouse.

I don't like the way it airs up. The bag inflator seems chintzy(it may not be, and I've only used it once so far). It's not easy to use. I wish it had a nozzle I could air up with my mouth. Similar to a thermarest. I'm taking this into the jungles of Laos on a search for the Saola(saolafoundation.org). Should be sleeping in it every night for several months. I'll let you know how it does. I'm excited to have a hammock I can sleep in and lay mainly flat. So far with one test run, it's good.

Excellent customer service! My pad was leaking and they were Kind enough to send me a new one in a couple of days. Been using it for a few months now. Heavier than I would want backpacking but worth the extra couple of pounds. I do wish there were a toggle anchor on the fly to roll it up independently, and not have to do it with the netting. Rather minor detail. Works great as a ground bivy, too!

Set it up, slept in it, returned it. It’s still better than a traditional hammock but if you’re 5’10” 245lbs, it will droop in the middle but not nearly as much as a traditional hammock I could not lay on my side or stomach as promised in their videos.

Instructions we unclear for the rain fly set up. No list of included items, which caused me to not know what items/parts were for what. Rain fly and hammock walls I believe are not double walled which means unless you use second larger tarp your sleeping pad will get wet at the head and foot if it rains hard or long enough.
