The ridge line lights are very convenient but I do wish a battery pack was included with it. Pump works great and isn’t too loud. The whoopie slings work great as well especially when needing to do a larger span. They tighten easy too. My only complaint with them is there should be some sort of stopper to prevent them from pulling all the way through on accident.

This little air pump is mighty! We were car camping and used it inflate 3 separate air mattresses and it had plenty of power left to do more. It is easy to use, and fits well into the mattress opening.

Ridgelight works great. I have used the light six times in dry weather conditions in temperatures ranging from 75-35. Lights have performed flawlessly with no problems in dimmer function or on/off switch. I have used with several different power banks and have not had any issues incompatibility. Lights did not get hot to the touch when dimmed did not seem to be a distraction when camping with a larger group. This is my second light, very happy with it and would recommend it.

I slept in my Haven Tent for 5 nights (with the sleeping pad made for it) and I give it a 10/10. The set-up and sleeping experience were great. It thunderstormed and I was dry and warm. I definitely recommend getting the associated sleeping pad, there's a huge difference structurally in using one that fits to the corners vs one thats a little too small.

Overall I loved my first experience in the Haven tent. I find myself wishing that I had two sets of zippers on each side so i could make them meet in the middle with the bug net closed, instead of having to reach toward my head or my feet. When I opened the box and saw how tiny it was I was skeptical, especially after reading to not let it run more than 10 minutes at a time. I was impressed at how fast it airs up the mattress. Less than 2 minutes. WOW! Love the USB outlet. I have a rechargeable fan that runs out of energy about 90 minutes, but connecting to the pump I got at least 6 hours out of it and there was still enough to fire up the pump afterwards.

Primary reason for my purchase of the works kit was for the whoopee slings which are everything I expected. That is, they are of excellent quality and strength. I didn't expect to like the air pump and led light string so much. Inflating the air mattress is very quick and easy with pump. Hanging the led lights in the included bag from a high point will effectively light up the entire campsite. Glad I made purchase.

It was good for a short while then it leaked. I became the taco in the air pad. Returned it to Haven for exchange for the improved Flat View pad (also pictured) which is far more rigid literally and quite comfortable. It seems to be made of a more durable fabric and has a better valve.

So far, I’m loving the string lights (I bought two), and they’ve been working very well. I’ve been using them at home on a low-ish setting for about 2-3 hours at night. I’ve observed that they go off if dimmed too low. I’ve been using with a 10,000mAh battery pack. Pretty disappointed. I reached out to them as soon as I got the hammock and told them that some of the stitching wasn’t done properly. Paying over $400 for a hammock with the extras I was extremely surprised and asked them to at least send me a patch kit. I got no response. Aside from the manufacturer defects, the hammock was extremely comfortable.
