Great shakes but some have high sugar so be careful if you are diabetic. Banana, blueberry and vanilla seem to be the lowest. Also brought 3 so far I didn’t like need samples to come back as they are not cheap and it’s a lot of money to waist unfortunately don’t get refunds

So yummy! I brought the banana first and loved it! With both water and milk it is so nice, the milk just adds more of a milkshakey feel to it a the water is just lighter.
