I received these meal replacements with reservations as I dont normally like the taste but I wanted to try it! Ive just received my two tubs I went for banana and chocolate, ive just had a banana one and omg its delicious, I even used water!! Which i never do because it always tastes gross with other brands, I'm genuinely pleased with this product and I'm looking forward to my journey and trying other flavours!! Love the flavors ( banana and white chocolate raspberry) and there isn't any grainy texture like with most meal replacement shakes. I usually mix mine with just ice water and they are very creamy and filling.
Not sure if I am getting any results as I don't have access to scale on a regular basis. I have been using for breakfast and supper and eating a healthy lunch so time will tell.
