The service received from stone saver is fantastic, delivery was prompt and arrived on the day agreed. The quality of the product received is excellent and would highly recommend stone saver to friends and family. A few broken tiles but I suppose this is to be expected during transit but otherwise extremely satisfied.

Very pleased with our new patio, the only problem we had with our delivery was unfortunately the delivery company hadn't got the correct equipment to get the two pallets of the lorry, wasn't helped by the fact that the pallets weren't strong enough for the amount of slabs and the pallets were falling apart. Fortunately my husband had a stronger piece of equipment that could be used. Otherwise I'm not sure how the delivery driver would have coped to get the slabs off the lorry!

Absolutely love these tiles. I dont think pictures on the website does it justice. I had a sample but didn't go for it because I thought it looked greenish. But when I got my order it was sent to me in error and when I saw it in real life I decided to keep it. It looks stunning.

Excellent service, slabs arrived within 4 days of ordering on x2 pallets each slab individually packaged. Only 1 slab broken and that was the last one on the pallet. slabs look beautiful, can't wait for them to be laid. The price was excellent £500 cheaper than our local supplier 💯recommend

I was initially apprehensive about some reviews about customers receiving broken tiles and not having them replaced in line with their returns policy stating it must be over 10% damaged to have replacements. The bottom tile on my pallet was totally damaged. I contacted stone saver and received excellent service from Audrey (Head of operations) who offered me real flexibility and choice of a refund or replacement. Thank you Tiles appear to be very good quality although job not completed yet

Fantastic delivery of fabulous porcelain tile....all wrapped individually within cardboard and all tiles had plastic removable corners placed on to stop from any breakages/chips.not 1xtile was broken or cracked so excellent courier service and excellent wrapping!!would defo use this company again....can't fault them.the tiles look wonderful laid !!

We ordered 2 pallets of the Pearl Grey tiles and the anthracite borders. First of all the pricing is the best, you will not find such good pricing anywhere! Trust me we shopped around and no one even came close! We read reviews online about broken tiles etc and were a little worried about that. But not a single tile was damaged it was all packaged really well! The delivery time was good as well only downside is the courier doesn’t give you specific times for delivery but that’s not a Stone Saver...
