Stone was good , delivery was late by 4-5 days which meant I had the lads on site ready to go based on delivery times . They said they only had 12a for my address I replied back to email literally 2 hours at the very most it was definitely shorter than that but made the delivery 4-5 days late . Having the lads on site based on delivery times and having no phone calls to tell me I had to phone them it’s a terrible service out of 81 slabs I was 9 down which I needed so again annoyed the customer.

Very competitive prices with extremely fast delivery (at a premium price), so happy to pay the extra. Customer service prior to placing the order was brilliant too. However, T&Cs state that any broken tiles need to be checked upon delivery, but the courier does NOT wait around. We did notice 1 cracked tile which we immediately notified StoneSaver. If there are less than 10% of tiles broken, no refund or replacements are offered - quite disappointed by this.

Whilst the overall quality of the stone I am happy with, the delivery and after care service has been very poor and I would not recommend using this company. The delivery driver damaged my driveway and broke a garden pot, and apparently it's not their responsibility which is not the case as I paid for a service which included delivery. Please be aware of the delivery when ordering from this company as they take no responsibility for any damages caused.
