I’m not sure on them but I don’t get the pain in my hip as much now but I do get a lot of pain in my knee

I hope they are helping my joints still time needed

Lovely honey worth the cost

I’ve given the Black seed oil capsules 4 stars because I feel they’re doing some good. Very good service by Nature’s Blend.

To be honest I have not tried it yet, but black seed oil is always good

Only just started using it so giving it a week or so first.

Seem to work, and I'll probably reorder , but want to continue with them for another week or so just to confirm their effects on me. , but looking good

Just the tonic

Been taking these for a month & seeing some improvement in my knees, less stiff in the mornings. Not been using my walking stick so hopefully the improvements continue.
