Just started taking it so nothing to tell at the moment. I am really hopeful that the capsules will work well and bring some relief.

Have arthritis in my knees and hand and hoping that these will help in relieving some of the pain. Have noticed some improvement in the last week.

Recently started to take the Black Seed with Glucosamine. I can’t say there are fantastic relief from aching joints but it’s certainly no worse.

They arrived in a timely fashion, too early to say if I'm receiving the benefits of them, only taken a few so far.

I feel they are helping my joint pain and energy. The only negative is they can taste oily even when taken with food .

Tastes disgusting and gives you terrific burps n windypops. But i think its helping along with the black seed capsules

Ive only been using these for a few days but already feel a slight improvement in my knee pain! I am hoping it continues

Great products

Gave these a few months to see if they would help at all but nothing changed also they are expensive for a placebo

Only gave 3 stars so far for quick delivery, but only been taking the tablets for a week so can’t say much just yet,

I can't be sure if it's helping my sore knee, as I'm going to a physio and taking turmeric too, and there is intermittent improvement. I'll keep trying.

Still taking these, but am giving them another month. Would love to say I’ve noticed a big improvement, but really haven’t experienced much change as yet, to be honest.

Product is easy to take but as yet have not noticed any improvement with joint pain. Will keep taking the full two months to see if they help.

Unfortunately the tablets apppear to upset my stomach. I’ve been taking two a day, one with breakfast and one with dinner.

The packaging is fine. I have only been taking them a few days so cannot report on their efficacy yet.

I've only been taking these for a short time so it's hard to speak of any benefits yet hence only giving 3 stars

Not taking pain medication everyday now, only when I'm going walking or days out. Will carry on taking for another month and review again.
