Great bag

Had this bag for less than a week when one of the side zippers broke. This is my second Bange bag and since I loved the first so much, I figured this one would be the same. Unfortunatley, I was wrong. Very dissappointed. Trying to work with customer service on a resolution.

It’s nice design and easy to use. I’m enjoying it.

Very nice construction and tech capability is great. Thought there was a large capacity water holder but couldn't find it.

Delivery was very late. Took a long time to ship. I bought the nomatic instead. For some reason they couldn’t cancel my order even though it hasn’t shipped yet. Now trying to get someone to respond to me to return the product. Not a great outcome.
