Marketed as a complete setup, but only part of what’s shown in the marketing images actually arrives. When I queried the missing components, I was told it was my fault for not comparing the pictures to the small print. Even after admitting the listing was misleading and promising to update their website, they refused to supply the missing parts or issue a full refund without charging a return fee. Missing items included the 240 V adaptor, ducting and vents. Escalated to UKICC for guidance. Wou...

The heating unit received was defective. The installation was carried out by a professional team specialized in camper van conversions, who confirmed the equipment’s malfunction. After contacting Nordkapp, they proceeded to send a second replacement unit, which unfortunately also presented the same operational defects. Despite having maintained several email exchanges providing technical information about the excessive diesel accumulation issue, I have not received any satisfactory solution from...

The product works, and is functional, however I was not impressed with the assembly quality of the product. The case had a small bolt that was not fully seated due to threads being stripped on the bolt during assembly. Instead of taking the time to fix this, it was left as is, partially rounded. Second, the control screen did not fit in the housing case. Instead of ensuring the appropriate parts were sourced, they put a cheap piece of pine in the case as a spacer with a few random screws to...

Dear Sir or Madam, With reference to my order, I received the wrong heating. The type plate on the unit indicates 2 kW, but I ordered the 5 kW model. I don't see any mention of the high-altitude kit on the label either. This situation is serious and urgent, as I live in my motorhome and my old heater is broken. I would kindly ask you to please contact me as soon as possible. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Christoph Jaeger Untere Ortsstr. 1 88524 Ahlen Tel. 0171/3103001 crossi2login...

I bought the Nordkapp GSM Air 5kW with high expectations, but the experience has been absolutely awful. After only 4 days of use, the heater completely stopped working. We are talking about a product that is marketed as reliable and suitable for situations where heating is not a luxury, but a real necessity. Instead, I ended up with a unit that became unusable almost immediately — as if it were a disposable product. The worst part, however, is the customer service: I contacted support and I ha...

I got this panel because the old stopped working with the 4g app in Norway. I have contact with 6 other Nordkapp owners that got the same issue. It stopped working at the same time tge 2g network was removed in Norway. Got this new panel with remote antenna. Same issue with panel. No signal. I drove around in my car for 40 min with the heater on to check out different 4g antennes. Used the app "Nework Cell Info Lite" to verify strong signals (Band 20 LTE). But the panel dont pick up this signal...

Well - whats can i say to this Diesel heater? My first impression was good - from the optical aspect. But as i turned the heater on i went really sad... The heatet air has a really bad smell - a mixture of plastic - sweets - and chemical stuff. I turned the heater to full power as i read in many suggestions for more than 24 Hours... The bad smell did not disapear fully - it remains so bad, that the heated air gives me headache. So i started a deep dive in to this heater: On my Pictures you see o...
