Customer service hasn't responded after I told them my heater is broken because you gauys have sent an incorrect item, I told you guys that by european law I should recieve a functioning unit, I can send back the broken one no problem.

Works as it should. Easy app. It is rather noisy though.

I'm disappointed. The website didn't mention that this device isn't suitable for continuous operation. The extension cable for the display is a cheap Chinese product, and over €20 is an outrageous price. The casing itself is fine and looks good. Two questions: How hot does the air get at full load? How long can the heater run?

Delivery as announced. Appliance ist good quality and works great. Came with all required accesories and mounting material.

Good quality, helps to get the control panel into the boat.

I have been unable to install as in Feb 2026 I haven’t received all the items ordered in nov/dec 2025 have still not arrived. This has delayed my conversion considerably. That said the kit does look good quality and I hope I’ll be impressed with how it works when it’s eventually fitted.

Hi sorry to have a moan but since I fitted the new extension cable the screen on the control panel flickers and it doesn’t work on gsm anymore it worked perfectly before so not sure what to do I have checked all of the connections and they seem fine I must say that the heater unit is beautifully made but the control panel lets it down quality wise

The heater when it works operates as i should. But to advertise this as being Bluetooth is a joke! The heatgenie app written by some budget bargain basement noodle eater and written as a homework project that was marked as FAILED MUST DO BETTER gives you a clue why I won't rate this product! Ignore any of there sales guff and buy a cheap heater from amazon!

I haven’t been able to install yet due to the additional parts not arriving in my original order, I was aware the air share kit was on back order but not the controller extension cable, I had an email last week saying the items have now been dispatched but still no sign of them, so not sure why I’ve received multiple emails for a review, regardless of if the product is good once installed I’d be hesitant to order from NordKapp again

Está mal diseñada. Es muy muy dificil instalar los tubos de escape y admisión. El manual es incompleto. La app para bluethot no reconoce el dispositivo y el código de QR es inválido.

I have given three stars for. 1: delivery took a month? 2: item is not worth £45.00, as I purchased one pretty much exactly the same for £25.00 off of Amazon to run the heater, while waiting for the Nordic one, and that was not one of the cheap ones?? 3: gets 3 stars for the communication .

Having installed the heater, I am finding the instructions on how to bind and use the heater very confusing. There is no bar code on my display panel and I can not get the Thermolink to pair with my heater either. No new Bluetooth device shows up on either my iPhone or my IPad.
