I bought this to replace a Marcy system. There's a difference in the actual feel of the resistance on the pulleys that I have to get used to, but they are smooth as silk. I haven't had the opportunity use the lower arms yet, but they are pretty cool. I really like the whole system. With the dual pulley system I can setup 3-4 exercises all at once and move between them with minimal lost time between exercises. I recommend this system. Just finished putting it together and quality for price is amazing. I am missing the bushings on the cable arm pulley on one side and there are sets of washers that are different sizes labeled as the same number. A more detailed print for assembly would be nice and helpful but we made it through it. Plenty of scuffs on the black coating but at this price range that is to be expected. First off, this is a great product overall. I did have a few issues when it first arrived. Some of the bearings on the Smith machine were popping out. I reached out to customer support and they were very responsive and quickly sent replacement parts. I also thought I was missing the leg press shelf and organizer, but after checking my order I realized I had not selected that upgrade. The system arrived within the time frame given. It was simple and fast to set up and start using. My son and his friends lift almost daily together while my son uses it daily even if his lifting friends don’t show up. It’s a very sturdy and clean looking unit. This attachment is made of high quality mayerials and ver sturdy. All steel and aluminum no plastic. I messed upand cross threaded one of the clamps and the immediately responded and sent me a new set of clamps asap and no charge. The issue was my fault! My only request is that the tiny wing nots should be replaced with a larger knob or “T” handle so you can easily tighten the clamps firmly. Exactly what I needed. This is a simple, well-built piece of gym equipment. I ended up replacing the wing nuts with knobs to make it easier to tighten the clamps. Their customer service is great. I noticed that when I pressed heavy, the plate would flex in the middle which wasn't terrible, but a bit awkward.
