The bench is an excellent all-in-one solution for my limited space. Its construction is very solid, and the pads are both comfortable and thick, meeting all my needs for an adjustable bench. 11/22/25 Update: While the mounts initially bent from 95lbs on each side, I have since put 125lbs on each side and they haven't bent any further. I use these things like crazy and do tons of different exercises with them, I do wish they were a little more heavy duty, but for the price you really can't beat them. For the price we are super happy with it! Its got a ton of features compared to competitors at a lower price. It’s a bit tight interior dimension wise and I wish the bench could slide further back but there isn’t enough space. Common complaint from most though is the instructions are poor. None of the actual parts aside from the bolts and nuts are labeled, so you waste a lot of time sorting through the parts trying to match up to the instructions.
