Great looking, and great value bar! I was bit affraid about grip and curl for triceps french press, but it's just perfect. For regular biceps curls or scott curl is also great, so it is pleasure to work with this barbell. Well made, good price, looks great and does great job for arm workout!

I tried before the deadlift sleepers. These are good for deadlift but not in general for your workout. So I tried these hybrid shoes. Now i can’t avoid to use them in every workout. They’re good for deadlifts and squats but also for the upper body. Doing military presses with such a solid base can enhance your performances.

Very good bag, with good materials and inner pockets. However, the zipper's starting position, when the bag is fully open, is pretty hard to start — you cannot start it with only one hand, and even with two hands you have to fiddle with it. Other than that, excellent size and looks!

Esta barra se ajusta a lo que buscaba, porque por encima del peso soportado, quería que fuera abierta, pero con la tubería cilíndrica y es de las pocas que cumple estos requisitos sin salirse del presupuesto.

Ich habe zuvor einen einfachen Zahnschutz (für Kontaktsport) verwendet. Die Atmung ist mit dem Airwaav viel besser und auch optisch ist es eine wesentliche Verbesserung. Ich habe ihn jetzt mehrere Trainingseinheiten benutzt und bin sehr zufrieden. Er lässt sich einfach anpassen und wirkt stabil und hochwertig.

Probably the best hybrid bag for everyday stuff. Earlier batches or at least my bag suffered from poor quality zippers. They've opted for higher spec zippers and after test driving a new bag for a while now, they don't seem to be as flimsy as before. Also, shout out to strength shop's support for remedying the situation👍

Leider ist der Gürtel nach einem Jahr kaputt gegangen. Auf den Bildern sieht man wie der Gürtel aufgrund der Verformung nicht mehr richtig schließt. Zudem ist relativ schnell die Farbe vom Verschluß abgeblättert und es kam Rost zum Vorschein.
Eigentlich gefiel mir der Gürtel insgesamt sehr gut, aber nur 1 Jahr Haltbarkeit ist mir zu wenig.
Edit: Ich wurde vom Support kontaktiert und der Gürtel wurde ersetzt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

If you are "gym strong" but not specifically into grip work, start with number 1 or 1.5. Even number 1 is way harder than the tunable spring grippers you get in sporting goods stores.

Durante il primo mese di utilizzo, avendo una palestra in garage e non avendo ancora comprato i pannelli di gommato, ho eseguito stacco da terra su due pannelli in legno da 2mm. Nonostante ciò i dischi si sono solo leggermente segnati nei punti di contatto, una cosa visibile solo contro luce, senza però intaccare né la vernice né il materiale protettivo attorno.
Direi che è stato un ottimo stress test!
Ho successivamente acquistato dei pannelli di gommato da 2cm e...
