I received my bench in damaged packaging. As the deliveryman did not deliver to me in person, I had no recourse. When unpacking I noticed multiple damages on the bench. Shocks and paint removed. Screws were also missing. after multiple discussions with customer service, I am still waiting for the new screws and I have not received a return from the bench, just a purchase voucher. I bought this bench a few days ago. It was delivered 2 days after I ordered - very fast! It's easy to assamble and it's very solid, everything fits perfect. But there are a few things that I would improve. 1. There are only a few small points where the bench rests on the floor. As a result, it creates a lot of pressure on the floor there and possibly leaves pressure marks on the floor. 2. A bit heavy, but I quess its the trade to go with when you want the arms actually be able to handle heavy weight. Been using them in a log press type of training, instead of lifting blocks. Not dropping the weight completely free though.
