I’m highly optimistic about the device. It’s still early (1 week in) but it’s helped me manage the physical aspects of my PTSD episodes in a way that nothing else has been able to so far. The only negative is it’s really hard to position in my ear. I usually spend 3-5 minutes just trying to get it right. Hopefully I’ll get better at placing it, because I love it other than that!

I ordered a replacement left earpiece for my Zenowell Luna. The first earpiece stopped providing a strong signal/stimulation to my left ear - even with the silicone sleeve removed. It still passed the two finger test, so I couldn't honestly say that it had failed, but it no longer provided the expected stimulation of the concha.
At the current time the new earpiece is functioning as expected - better for me with the silicone sleeve off.

Most bang for the bucks compared to other VNS products but the fact that it is sometimes impossible to get good "connection" between the ear-piece and ear stops me from giving it 5 stars. I always use the waterspray and contact-gel and a fully-charged device but the result is still inconsistent.
