I purchased the women's size 9/9.5, I am a size 9. The shoe fits true to size. I wore the shoes for pickleball exactly as they came (insoles that came with the shoes). I have had my first pair for 4mos and the outsole is going strong--shows some wear but still has tread left and I am pleased with the 6mo outsole guarantee (just as good or better than any other big brand court shoe I have tried).
