Mixed this with some sugar free cool whip and a little milk, then layered it with graham crackers. This was a really good dessert that I didn’t feel guilty about eating.
Mixed the powder with cheesecake instant pudding and a little sugar free cool whip and crumbled some graham crackers on top.
So far this is one of our favorite flavors that we have tried.

I discovered ProDough through Social Media for a way to add more protein into my diet. The mix of 3/4 cup of Fage 0 with a sample ProDough packet works really well as a high protein treat. I add a little Fairlife 2% milk to soften it a bit and really enjoy the treat. I'm sampling a lot of their flavors and have a few favs but want to try all of the eventually.

I tried the whey protein with Greek yogurt and didn't like it . Covered up a lot of the taste. Then I tried it with almond milk and added ice for a slushy. Loved it; Delicious. So far Peach Cobbler is my favorite but haven't tried all the flavors yet. I recommend this product
