There is so much to love about ProDough pancake mixes! I just tried the cinnamon variety, a tasty way to get protein in the morning (although I have also made pancakes for lunch or dinner). I usually add water and serve the pancakes with yogurt. If I have time, I make fresh applesauce, too. Subscriptions, although they make sense, hardly ever work for me. I wish the one-time purchase option came in a larger size Oh, and one other thing: the shipping is outstanding!

If basic is 1/2 a cup and 2/3 water is 19 grams of protein then you have protein plus at 1 cup pancake mix/egg/milk and your have that at 27grams protein. Please explain?
