I love all of these pre-measured sticks of goodness! SO easy to pour into a mug, and add the water, using the cute pink measuring spoon that you included in my order. I do add a dash more of water, and microwave for 33 seconds, instead of the 30 that is recommended. I then add a few chopped walnuts, and a dollop of Greek Yogurt.
