It's an amazing product.
Only complaint is the ring was factory-tight; I had to add soap to the base to loosen it up a little, and with a ratchet, but it still took all my force to untighten. Apart from that, it is a good product. I would recommend it to anyone starting a home gym, and it can still be stored out of the way.

The quality of the Cross Grips are nice. There's some sharp ends on some parts of the Cross Grips and it scratched me once. As other reviews say, the handles are a bit uneven but I haven't found that it makes much of a difference. I am able to use gym rings just fine with them and overall they get the job done.

Works well! I'm 5'8" and our door is pretty standard. Not high enough in my opinion. I need to really bend down a bit to do pushdowns.
The dumb bell tends to swing around which can be annoying.

Big resistance bands fan here. The Jayflex brand is quality. The fit and finish are beautiful and the functionality is simple. If you use them as directed, there will be visual results. Which piece of equipment is the best? The one you actually use. I'm a lifelong Jayflex fan now.

It’s tough to screw the washer things into place bc of the plastic threading. You have to perfectly line it up and twist it quite a few times till it catches. I use it in the dumbbells and then swing like a kettlebell. I use it for the front swings, for the ahoulders and back, and its amazing.
I think the foam in the middle could be a bit thicker so it holds the equipment a bit tighter. Other than that, it is a great tool to have for workouts !

I recently bought the Jayflex Barbell/Kettlebell set and I will say that both of these are game-changers. I own a set of Bowflex 552 Adjustable Dumbbells and I was really amazed with how strong and durable both bars held up with my home workouts. It's a long way from using a good old Olympic Barbell and 10 sets of weight Plates. I would highly recommend this product for those who love to workout from home.
