I had one of those adjustable dumbbells and was so excited to purchase this equipment to be able to use them in many more different ways...only to find out the dumbbell handle bars don't really fit nicely. If you’re looking for a sign to purchase the cables, this is it! I was hesitant to purchase the cables, wondering if I’d have the space to use or mount them. It’s my first week using the jay flex it’s great I am enjoying my workouts more. The only problem i have is that I have the older hex dumbbells and they slide back and forward causing them to tighten up more so its harder for me to remove them

Got the straight barbell and kettlebell combo. Haven’t used the kettlebell yet, but I love the versatility the barbell provides for home workouts. If I could order again, I would get the combo with the bar padding because even having 30lbs is uncomfortable for my neck/hips and I’ve been having to use a towel. Like the product, however there is one thing, one of the plastic connectors (weight fits into and lock down), the threaded screw lock-down takes extra effort to get the threads to align.

I absolutely love this! It has really helped in my workout routines and espeicially since I don't have to buy a bunch of weights, and can utilize my bowflex adjustable dumbells. I do wish it was about 3 or 4 inches longer so I could put it nicely on the weight stand I got, but it still fits so its a win! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I didn't use it as shown. I have a bow flex pro in my basement, it's the bow flex without the tower for pull down exercises. By using your product, I was able to secure it to the ceiling and hook it to the bow flex and now am able to do my pull down exercises. Your product is great!

Love this equipment! I have a small home gym and the kettlebell and barbell attachments have made it so much easier. I only had to buy a set of dumbbells instead of dumbbells, kettle bells, a bar, and free weights. Very much worth the money and great quality. Take some getting used to with swapping out the weights and getting quick and efficient at it but so does any other piece of equipment. Highly recommend!

Loving my EZ curl bar so far! It’s easy to adjust out the different weighted dumbbells for a smooth transition between sets! The dumbbells slip when I curl each time which is a little scary at first but I’ll get used to it. Wish there were some rubber spacers to put on each end for both sides, but it’s not a huge deal. Easily my favorite purchase for home workout equipment. Fits standard dumbbells which works for my 5, 10, 15, and 20lbs. I have a few from an outlet like 12.5/17.5 but sadly doesn’t fit, but that okay! It’s not standard! The pop in and out takes a few tries to do quick and smoothly, but once you get it, you’ll swap out weights within 2 minutes tops.

Same thing I said about the Tib Bar. Ease of setup and, as I said helpful with building strength which is desperately needed at my age, would be helpful if there were some printed workouts for these pieces of equipment, but I’m sure I can figure that out, but I have a number of items from Jayflex and I’m happy with everything
