Not used it yet but the first things I noticed
1) zips were not working. I had to realign them and run them back and forth to get them working. I’ll monitor this with use
2) very easy to put together and install
I’ll keep you informed how I get on

Its too small for my cocker spaniel. He can't lay out in full and puts himself in a right state, pulling against the webbing. Such a shame, as conceptually it makes sense. Any chance I can exchange it for a larger one? If yes, how long will it take to deliver?

Well made and comfortable. I bought the first version of this bed and fixing for the dog was rather flimsy. Within a couple of weeks of buying it there was a newer version produced and advertised with a stronger fixing which looks much better for restraining a Labrador.
I bought it in preparation for my new puppy which I get in a couple of weeks so I should have waited!!

It wasnt sent out when it was supposed to be, it took 2 months to arrive and when it finally did, we cannot use it as it is missing the 2x car safety straps. Its been five weeks and this is unresolved. Ive contacted them numerous times and been fobbed off with empty promises of them delivering me the car straps. The product looks cheaply made, its overpriced and it is unusable. They are breaching the consumer act of 2015 and all i was offered was a 10% discount, for a product that i cannot even ...

It’s big enough to fit the space, but too small for my dog to be comfortable in.
I’ve done some conditioning but he’s not keen. He likes his old car seat better (and that’s not very much), so this just sits in the shed waiting for small dogs to occasionally use now.
Bit of an expensive bed that took ages to arrive and I can’t really use it.

It’s made of very good quality material and overall I think it will fulfil its purpose. However…..I’ve taken the middle pillow out as it sits too high for my dog and he was falling off it. I think it would benefit a slimmer memory foam section along the bottom.
Also found the strap that clips to the dogs harness quite fiddly and insignificant. Have now used a strap that clips into a seatbelt fitting with a more robust clip.
Overall I think he’ll get used to it but at present he gets quite car ...

Ordered a medium sized bed for my medium sized dog, but unfortunately she's not able to use it as I personally think a small sized bed. Such a shame as it's an absolutely great item, brilliant quality.

Loved the look of this dog seat. Big delays from ordering to receiving, my puppy has grown so much, it has proved to be a bit of a waste of money.
Disappointed in the zip quality. We have been out in the car once and the zip gapes open where it shouldn't when it's done up!
I like to support local and small businesses, but, I'm afraid from my own experience, I couldn't recommend this product to family and friends with dogs. I wanted to love it, as it looks great, but when it breaks after 1 ...
