Very long delay between ordering and delivery (which I expected to a degree, as it was a pre-order), but a good month later than expected and this was with chasing my end. Lots of emails with excuses and an air of AI authorship. Request to cancel and refund resulted in delivery. Promise of a 20% refund due to delay was made which has not yet appeared in my account.
The quality of the dock is ok. The isofix point attachments do not stretch far enough to put the seat in the middle of the back sea...

This is s great idea, but base cushion too thick, which means Ollie is sitting too high in the bed to get support from the sides. I have taken the cushion out and put blanket inside but the sides just lean in to far. The outer fabric gets very hot in the car. Ollie spends all his time trying to get comfortable!

Great bed and my dog Dylan loves it. It has helped him to feel more secure when travelling and although safely secured he is very relaxed. It gives him the security not be thrown around when manoeuvring the vehicle. I had to make some adjustments for it to fit my vehicle, I have a Toyota RAV4 which is used for my work, so the back seats are flat.
The worst part was the delivery time, it was over a month! As compensation I was reimbursed 20%. Thank you.

This is a very well made product but unfortunately my dog is not keen. It is quite large and takes up a lot of room but the actual inside space where the dog sits feels squashed. Im hoping she will get used to it but presently is not at all relaxed when in it .

Seat was delayed but they stayed in touch with updates. Found bottom clips very hard to get into the car seat connectors where baby seats would be secured. Maybe my car but angle very awkward. The quality is excellent but too small for my standard schnauzer who is just under 16kg. Feel there could be a size in between. We bought an extra large based on the description (we have a border collie) but its a bit to big. The bed only just fits in the boot and not very well on the back seat without it being squashed in. We have two dogs so one has to go on the front seat now (we have an estate car). The quality of the bed is lovely and we use it in the house, the dog sleeps well on it.

Its a great size and nice fabric. Only downside is the cushion for her to lie on is fibre filled and not that comfortable as the stuffing move around too much. Ive replaced it with memory foam pad and much better.
