Very good quality product just sorry it was made in China. I bought the medium as I have a Lakeland Terrier but it is very snug I would be happier with a large if there was one.

The product is smart with flexibility and we bought it for the car when we travel over night as it double up. It makes both travel and hols for Luna comfortable with something she is familiar with.

It is really excellent. Just two comments. First it would be helpful to have zips at the front so the side flap can be let down to allow my dog to jump in. As it is I have to pick him up and put him in. Secondly the
padding is so robust the seat only just fits in my car with the car seat up against the bed giving my dog less room. I have moved the bed to the front seat but have no iso fixings there and I have to move it if I have a passenger.

Just received and starting to use. No instructions in the package, but pretty simple. Helpful video link arrived a day or so after delivery. Not sure yet how robust the zips will be. My 5 year old lab still getting used to it, but is using it.

Although it looks great, my dog hates it and manages to half climb out . He’d be all the way if not secured. Nothing to do with the product but probably a waste of money for me.

I was disappointed in finding the medium size a little on the small size. Otherwise I'm very satisfied with my purchase. It is of good quality and Milo was keen to try it out as soon as I assembled it for him. I feel much better knowing he will now be more secure when travelling in the car beside me. I would definitely recommend investing in one for your fur babies.

Emailed you the day after it arrived to say I loved the item. However I raised a serious issue, to date I have not even had an acknowledgement.

It took longer to arrive than expected given it was supposed to be next day. Took 4 days. Then had to wait a further 48 hours to let the cushions puff up after being vacuum packed. It was a bit of a faff to put it together but Now it’s together it looks nice and it’s very heavy and sturdy. The dog seems to like. The only negative I’d give about the actual product is that the actual clip for the dog’s harness is stiff but also doesn’t seem that strong. I think if there was pressure on it it could...

I like the over design and composition of the the dog safety bed for the car but the filling cushions are a disappointment. They lumpy and the casing of the cushions are poor quality. I would have thought for the money that these would be of a higher quality!!

Solidly built, quality product - easy to set up and my dogs are quickly getting used to it. I have two medium sized 11kg dogs who have just enough room to lie down in the extra large on my back seat. Bed is not quite as long as the back seat so you need to put a blanket/sheet underneath the bed to prevent scratches/mucky paw prints on your seats. Isofix fixings certainly secure the bed and I feel my dogs are safe when wearing a harness and clipped in

Would have given it 5 stars.
However put it in my daughters new car and used the isofix. Next day when we went to remove it and switch it into my car, one of the isofix clips was really difficult to unclip. So, very hesistant on using it again.
Apart from that, it really is amazing. Kept our 2 yr old show cocker spaniell still. She actually laid down and fell asleep in it on the journey home.

This is a great product and Milo is starting to get used to it. There are two negative points though. I ordered a medium based on advice and info etc. however, it is a little small and I think large would have been better for him.
Also, i think that maybe you should have had one of the side panels opening rather than the front. We use it on the back seat so front opening has no baring. Milo is too scared to jump in and out from the ground as it is too high on the sides. So we have to let hi...

Feels and looks like good quality and size. Handles feel sturdy and clips seem like they are of good quality. Colour is lovely and leather feels top notch.
Our only improvement would be the cushioning that you have to put in the casing. The pictures make it look a lot more ‘fuller’ on the surrounds, the cushion almost feels like when your pillow goes a bit lumpy if you wash it. Please upgrade the cushioning to be more like cushions / pillows we would be happy to rest our heads on.

Absolutely love it and so does my 11 month old Cocker Spaniel Toby, a bit of a shame it had to be pink! as a darker colour would have been a bit more suitable for him, but we still love it, An excellent idea, and so safe for travel. Thank you

I have bought this for my cockapoo puppy I will be getting at the end of the year. I am buying things gradually for her. I love the material and colour, the pockets on the side are useful and it looks very comfy. The only thing is the ISO fixings are not compatible with my car so I was a little disappointed. Looking forward to using it when my puppy comes home.

Our dog doesn’t get very excited for car journeys and it’s usually a bit of a stress for all of us. I order the dog dock hoping having a ‘bed’ instead of roaming the back seat and bouncing around would help. Using it yesterday, He was laying down and relaxed for the hour car trip so hopefully this is now the change we were hoping for!
The single bed is a bit smaller than I was expecting but with the front zipper undone he was able to fit comfortably.
