Great item, was an exact fit to the original equipment. Shipped quickly and was priced better than any one else.

The cartridge tank looks fantastic and will look even better when installed. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because the PSI gauge included got smashed during shipping. The gauge's box was taped to styrofoam and the gauge itself was in the bottom of the box, smashed.

so far so good. it has only been in operation 1 day. the app is really straightforward and easy to use.

installation was easy but it is reading high salt level and I can't figure out how to turn it down

Hopefully this replacement will last longer than the 3 years the prior one did. So far I have not been impressed with Pentair quality. I bought a 2 year old pool - in the next year (year3) - had to replace main pump seal, igniter & pressure switch for heater, both temperature sensors and the chlorinator module, plus one of the 3 lights is messed up and the other 2 only work on one color.

Install very simple. Instructions in manual were not very clear on operation All videos on line were of the model this one replaced , so of no help really. Called Tech Support and spoke with a Gentleman named Mike. He was very helpful and patient.

My issue was the advertised price of $749.00 was a lie. According to gal on phone, marketing did that and not a real price and they will not correct it, so if u want the Ic20 I have to pay a higher price, false advertising
