The experience with Aquamax was smooth and delivery seamless.

The product was fine though i don't think that is a "shipping rated box". Order processing was slower than expected. I only live in Broward county, 20+ miles away. It looks like it took 3 days to get it into UPS system. I ordered it on Monday, Oct 6, shipped on the 10th.

I inquired about ensuring the product was new, but I didn’t receive a response until a day after placing my order. The website indicated that the item was new, with no mention of it being refurbished or used. Later, I received an email from a chat stating that the product is not new. Following that, I requested a cancellation of my order and a refund, but I have yet to receive any response, refund, or confirmation of the order cancellation.

Brand new unit! Crated and delivered on time as promised

Part was shipped in a timely manner and arrived with no damage to shipping box. But the impeller was manufactured in 2012! It's a very old part the was repackaged/stapled closed. The package is a very old Pentair one, I've been working on my pump for many years and know what current Pentair packaging looks like.

There was a loose item in the box. It was the tool used to remove the old light and install the new one. Similar lights that I've purchased were not shipped with a loose tool. The tool could have damaged the light, but because I purchased this light as a spare to have it ready when my similar lights failed (which they do too often), I might not know for quite a while. Even if Pentair made a mistake in packaging, you should have opened the box and secured the tool before shipping.

Wrong item was sent without explanation. When I asked I was told that was the replacement. This should be explained in advance. When I asked questions about compatibility I never received a response. I had to go back to the manufacturer to get my questions answered. Poor customer service on your part.
