It was my fault did not realize the size I ordered was ENTIRELY TOO SMALL. I reordered a bigger one. Perhaps that size shouldn't even be an option? I am used to just being able to order and all paint by numbers are basically the same size.

I've mentioned to you already i didn't deserve to receive my painting in the condition it arrived. Never gave it a thought i had to take pictures to satisfy you the seller. I cleaned it up the best i could, but still not satisfied. Never thought you couldn't take my word on the destruction. You're not a company i'll deal with again. I'll be sure to tell my co-horts how you handled my situation. There are other businesses that advertise paint by numbers.

Item was delivered way past the time promised. I would not order unless I had at 1 month lead time. I had to purchase alternate gifts at the last minute because my order did not arrive in time - it was almost 2 weeks late. I asked for a refund considering this fact and was ignored. Customer service did respond but it was only to show me the tracking. This had to come from another country….

I ordered this on December 3 with the understanding it would arrive before Christmas as a Christmas gift for my wife. It arrived two weeks after Christmas. I emailed, called, and texted every contact point I could find with your company, trying to find out where it was and if it was going to arrive on time, and nobody even had the courtesy to respond back to me until after it arrived two weeks late. Terrible experience from start to finish.

First of all, it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. We are far from 7 days. The picture was much less detailed than the original...so disappointed that I didn't even started it. The little paint pots are difficult to open, it makes your fingers dirty. I don't know who is your delivery service, but they didn't ring my bell, and the package was lost in the building for 2 days...

I have ordered many custom framed canvas from you and they have been fine, this one was horrible. The lines were so light it was hard to see the separation and the colors looked nothing like the picture I uploaded. I did about half of it and threw it away because there was no way I was going to give this as a gift. It was awful.

Poor paint quality. Two pots were dry and had to be revived. Yellow and oranges required me to us a grey primer and the painting was still looking part water color, part acrylics. The dark area in the corner didn’t look like the picture, looks like a dark blob of paint. I’m going to rework with some lighter highlighting to give it more dimension.
