I believe there are several issues with Paintly. First the time to process orders is too lengthy in comparison to other PBN companies . It took 8 days for orders to be picked up from their factory. Secondly, the images are not all correctly reproduced and aside from the image itself the colours were off as well in 2 out of 4 kits I ordered. There is also a problem with the image guide that is printed on cheap paper and the numbers are barely visible. However the customer support was good as far ...

The paintings you sent are horrible! When painted as instructed,they look cartoonist. The shading is wrong on everything. Faces don't look right - eyes, mouth, the color of clothes. Worst paint by numbers I have ever seen and I have ordered from 4 different companies.
Customer service is horrible also.
