I’ve had it for a week and find it’s good. Like that it has Christmas clock faces as well as a number of other watch faces. I haven’t figured out all the features yet, but love that it has a times and prints out text messages big enough I can actually read them.

I've been using the Gard Pro Ultra 2+ for the past four days, and the best part is the amazing battery life—I haven't had to charge it since I opened the box. The basic apps are quite useful, but the fitness tracker isn't very user-friendly. Integrating third-party apps could enhance its value as a fitness tool. It doesn't have GPS, but I haven't found that feature particularly necessary. I also love the ability to change the watch face.

The pulse and BP readings are welcomed as I just had heart surgery and I am able to keep an eye on them no matter where I am. The only thing that I find needing attention is the loops. They are comfortable, but the way they are made puts a thin spot where the spring pin slides. It leaves about 1/8 of an inch on one side of the pin and about half an inch on the other. Had no trouble pairing watch to Bluetooth and have called out and received messages in good form. All in all very happy at a price point which is terrific compared to the expense of other watches. New to the smart watch world, but so far enjoying the watch and all the options it comes with. Seems to be really well built, and does it's job. Every now and then it will become disconnected from my Iphone, but usually straightens itself out and reconnects quickly. Battery seems to have a super long life too - haven't charged it since I got it, and it's been well over a week of use, even playing music through it. Really great watch for the money.

I had one of the little magnets that attach to the watch for charging became dislodged from loop. I contacted customer service to submit a warranty claim. They responded very promptly requesting a video/ photo of the defective charger. The same day I received a reply along with an apology. Seven days later WAH LAH a replacement cable arrived in the mail. That's outstanding customer service. Incidently, the watch can go 15-20 on a single charge. Much better than my previous watch.
