I ordered the smart health 4 as soon as i received the first promotional information. The order was to be delivered while I was away on holiday so I emailed the support team who were very helpful, they even offered to send it to the holiday resort. The I received an email suggesting that there were issues with incorrect printing on the box so there would be a delay. Later I received a further email suggesting that there was a software issue, this all made the purchasing experience pretty poor.
