I brought first Gard pro health last Christmas for my parent’s gift. They love it.But my dad’s watch can’t charger any more recently. It’s was under warranty. I contacted customer service. They straight way replace a new one even upgrade it for us. Very good customer service and very reliable.

I’m loving this newer Gard Pro smartwatch. I ordered a few wrong sized replacement bands for my original Gard Pro Ultra (rectangle one) so I decided to order the newer watch. I was skeptical because of the mixed reviews on the 2+. I purchased the Ultra 3 and honestly its perfect. Im not sure how it compares to those $500+ watches but my co worker bought the new samsung watch and this does the same thing. I personally find the interface on the app for the Gard Pro easier to navigate. I can answer and speak on a call from my watch and everything. No complaint of static or not being able to hear me. Amazing product for the price.

It has so many extra modes that I didn't know about when ordering and he's already focused on his heart rate and steps...something that will likely make him went to exercise more. I am really pleased with the smart watch. It took a bit of effort to understand the instructions and install the app but once I got the hang of it, it was quite easy. A good tip for new users is to check out your vitals on the app rather than the phone, as it is much easier. The app on the phone worked together well.

I've only had it a few days. Battery is excellent. Lots of tracking for exercise. BP monitor seems to be quite accurate with my usual readings. It is a very strongly built watch. I'm impressed with that. I've been working with it on and no worries about damaging it. Have to see after a few months how it goes. Nice large display. Good colours. So far happy with this purchase.

I haven’t fully explored all of the features but I like how clear, smooth and how many additional features this watch has in comparison to my old one. Overall the watch is 5/5 given it’s price.. All the watch function and features are working fine for me despite of the negative reviews i have read from other sites. The steps though are a little bit sensitive, if you are working more with your hands but it is only +- 6 steps difference from the iPhone steps. I really appreciate the blood pressure measurement since it is very convenient and it has the same reading with my bp ap machine. No regrets in buying this watch.

Not really into smart watch since my wife has apple that is discouraging for me because of price and battery that last 1 or 2 days.
