Gard pro came through! My first watch wouldn’t charge consistently, and generally was disappointing overall. You listened and provided a replacement that as of this writing is working great with a better choice of faces, and it was easy to reload the new watch on my phone. It appears that more functions can be controlled through the ap on the phone which was a wise decision for ease of use.

I opened my watch on Christmas Day and it is easy for a senior like me to use. It’s very comfortable on my wrist and I appreciate the ease of monitoring my heart rate, etc. I have the metal strap as I dislike the feel of rubber on my skin. It’s first day of use and I’m learning more each time I look. I also like the way the screen stays dark until I want it. It’s not intrusive.

can't stand the nylon straps provided with most smart watches, sweat all the time and don't last long.. Steel straps last forever, don't sweat and easily cleaned. Took awhile to sort out removing the pins easily to shorten, but got there in the end.

Once I'd worked my way round the features I then started to use it more. Definitely decided the raise your arm and display time were sorted battery life improved no end. Max display time 5 seconds raise your arm feature turned off. The more the watch is used the better it gets. Very comfortable to wear even when in bed which I have not done before. Good buy.
