These top post covers are excellent quality and look great. Very heavy duty metal. They will last a long time. At first we thought they didn’t fit and then my husband saw the pamphlet in the box that says you may have to shave down the post due to a tight fit. This was easy to do with a chisel. The corners have to be rounded a bit. Definitely recommend these. They look so much better than the crappy plastic ones sold everywhere.

Excellent quality, really nice black finish that looks great and a very nice tight fit. I just installed it so time will tell how it holds up. At this point based on what I can see I would buy it again as well as recommend it.

I searched through a lot of poor quality on the internet to find these caps. They are very high quality and look great. Careful, they are exactly 3 1/2” and my posts were 3 11/16”. You have to trim all four sides to get them to fit precisely.

I can't stop laughing about this one. I really just wanted metal caps to better protect the posts, and I'm sure they make some pretty nice ones, but I saw these after like three other options and didn't look anymore. I'm looking forward to people noticing them for the first time and laughing as hard as I do every time I see them.

This is the second heart shaped post capper I have ordered. I loved the first one so much, I came back for a second one to cap a post I put up for my birdfeeders. The first one is on a post where there is a bluebird house. The bluebirds love to sit on it and watch over their house. Other birds love to sit on the new one atop the birdfeeder post. It’s lovely and well-crafted.

The antlers are sharp! I did not realize that and cut my hand on it unexpectedly. But, other than that, they're very nice. I think they look great on each side of the gate for a black metal railing on the front porch of a log cabin in the woods. They seem a little pricey but I think they're unique, classy, and should last a long time.

This is the second home for which we have purchased these Fleur de lis fence post caps and we love them. They are well made and look great for the rustic metal look we enjoy. Every time we put up a new metal item in the yard we time how long it will take for a bird to land on it and which species. A Lazuli Bunting has seemingly made a home somewhere close by and landed within a week! Thanks Madison!

Well I didn't measure my post because I knew it was a 4x4 post which should be 3.5x3.5. They weren't lying when they say it is a tight fit. I forgot that I bought a rough sawed 4x4 post so it was actually a bit larger. Well my fault but I really liked the German Shepherd post cap so I created a 3d print model adapter with some overhang and trim around the bottom. So I got it to work with my oversize post. Hello Madison Iron & Wood I wanted to let you know that the animal post tops are great! My wife and I love the way they look and the appeal it gives to our back porch walkway. The only issue we had with them was that the figures weren't all the same size. The owl for instance was as large as the standing bears. So we put it in a place where it didn't look out of place.
