Have had a hard time finding a finial top to fit my steel posts. Decided to try two of these and I do not have high expectations. Wow! Substantial. Heavy. Well made. Beautiful finish. Slipped right on and over. I took them off, applied a permanent craft adhesive and they look great!

You will have to do some sanding on the standard 4x4 post (which is a true 3.5 x 3.5) but utterly worth it- a little more on some posts, hardly any on others. . The pieces are lovely, and everyone in the neighborhood comments going by!!!! Great price and love supporting a family business.
